Vegas Trip

We went to Vegas for the weekend. We took Emily to get her pictures taken in her Halloween costume. Pretty Cute huh?

Of course she keeps the hat on at home but not at the picture place!

My mom has a dresser full of dress-up clothes. They have so much fun. Emily , Brylee and Rayna (jeffs girls)

WE took the kids to a Pumpkin Patch . It had a mini carnival with rides and a petting zoo.

Well this is our last week in this house. As most of you know Andy has accepted in a job in Louisiana and with much prayer we know this is what we need to do right now. We are so excited to be close to Andys family. We look forward to spending time with them and maybe even getting them to babysit so Andy and I can go on dates again. We hope this will continue to be a great way to share our adventures with ya'll.

Finally an update

If you havent been lucky enough to see this "beautiful" face in person .....here it is!! She is so silly. We say "oh my look at that face " and she does this!! So ugly.
We are all settled into our new home so I have no more excuses for why I havent done an update. Do here we go ..... Emily is now 17 mos. and she is talking up a storm. She says most animal sounds , knows all her body parts and can actually count 1-2-free. She still says Dah-eee for daddy and says ME for mommy. She LOVES horses and cows. She takes a diffrent one to bed with her every night. The neighbors behind us have a dog and Emily checks the window randomly to see if the doggy happens to be outside.
Andys been taking her into nursery @ church to help her get used to it. She does really good. She loves being around kids her age. Unfortunately she doesnt understand she cant pinch their cheeks and laugh. We really like our new ward . I was given a calling yesturday. Primary teacher again. They' re still working on one for Andy! (so they say ).
We have already "broken" our house in with guests and LSU games. We had Andys parents 1st. They came up for education week. We had so much fun with them . Then my mom came and all my brothers came over with The Davis fam. to watch the LSU game. That was fun!! Well I will get to the pictures now. I need to get some of our house and how pretty it is up here in Salem. I will try that next !! Enjoy! Oh my gosh --what a face ! Yikes

We have this awesome park 1/2 mile from our house. It has a HUGE pond where you can fish , swim , and feed ducks. Heres daddy and Em on the swings.

One of our favorite things to do is go see the cows and horses. As Em says "bye C--Ya"
