Well.....I have really have no desire to update this blog BUT here we go ! Nothing new around here and not to much changes which I guess is a blessing in disguise right?! Our good friend Nate just started a photography business. I recently had seen a few pictures he had posted on Facebook so I asked him and the rest is history ! Nate's ranch is where we used to board Andy's roping horse. Andy and Nate have done a few rodeos together and have remained great friends. Anyways here is a few of the new pictures.

Mini Golf !

Summer is here and we have are starting to take advantage of it. We bought "The Pass of all Passes" which allows us to get into every fun place around here for free. Last week we went to Seven Peaks and Trafalga. Seven Peaks is a water slide park and Trafalga has Mini Golf, arcade games, bumper boats and go carts. I'm sure I will be posting lots of pictures from both this summer !

Rodeo Days

In Utah every city has a "Days" for example Orem has Summerfest, Pleasant Grove has "Strawberry Days" , and Herriman has "Fort Herriman Days". Every City's "Day" has a Carnival, Parade and a Rodeo. We went to Fort Herriman Days last weekend. It was a lot of fun and if it's up to Andy and Emily we will go to every Rodeo in Utah!

Mother's Day Luau !

Emily's class had a little Mother's Day Luau today . They sang a cute little Hawaiian Mother's Day song ,hand motions and all ! Then the kids gave their Mom's their special gift they made . I cried when Emily described hers to me. She is so cute and funny. I can't believe how big and grown up she's getting. I wish I could slow down time !

I can't beleive Emily is 6 already. It's amazing how time flies ! Heres a few pictures from her Lalaloopsy Birthday party. Unfortunately my camera got dropped by my darling little girl last week and no longer works, SO the only pictures I have are from my phone. Emily said she LOVED her party and thats all that matters right ? We played a few games and the girls made their own Lala paper doll made with fabric scraps and yarn. They turned out super cute. Emily got a new bike and she loves it. Perfect timing too , it has been awesome weather and she is loving riding her bike all day. Happy Birthday Baby Girl !

Happy Easter !

I knew saving all those Barbies would come in handy one day ! I found this Barbie set in storage. I think I've had it for at least 15 yrs or so ! I love Easter , definately one of my favorite Holidays. I love everything about Easter, what it represents most of all. I am SO Thankful for the Savior and his sacrifices. I love Easter because the weather starts to get warm, Easter candy is the best and my birthday and Emily's birthday is always around Easter time. The birds are chirping outside and everything is blooming. I love the colors of Easter, all the pastels are my favorite !

Easter Sunday !

After Church my brothers families and us met at a park in Draper. I decided to keep it simple and we all brought picnic lunches and at lunch together. The boys went over the baseball park and played ball while the girls all stayed over at the park. It was fun, it was nice to get out and enjoy the sunshine.

This year we decided to keep it down to 1 Easter Egg hunt ! We went to Ashley and Ben's neighborhood. They always have good organized parties. It just so happened to be an awesome day too. The weather was so nice this Easter.

New Pictures

I haven't taken Emily to get her pictures taken since she was 3. I wanted to get them done before she loses all her teeth AND I figured 6 is a perfect time. We took her to a new studio called Camera Shy. I loved it and we will definately be getting our family pictures taken there. I had such a hard time ordering them there were so many cute ones.
