Splash Pad

There is a splash pad about a mile from my parents house. We went there a few times ! It's nice because it's open until 10pm so we could go down there at night when it was only 90 outside instead of 110 !

Gramma's pool !

All there really is to do in Vegas in the summer is swim. It's just TOO hot to do anything else. It was over 100 everyday , actually one day it was 114. By the time we were ready to go home Emily was getting braver and braver (is that a word?) I bet if we lived there she'd be swimming by the end of the summer.

After a little bribery , I got her to go down on her own.

Life Jacket Swimmers !

Emily was so brave , she did great swimming with just a life jacket on. Leo knows how to swim but to be safe we kept the vests on the whole day . Emily and Leo have so much fun together, he is very patient with her !

A day at the lake

Emily and Leo searched for shells and found a ton. Emily brought all hers home for Daddy !

Vegas trip ~ Rayna's birthday !

I realized while we were down there that we were in Vegas last year for Rayna's birthday . I guess thats what happens when your birthday is close to a holiday .
