"Catch of the Day"

This is by far the biggest Dragonfly I have ever seen. It was out on the grass so Emily and I decided to put it in her Bug Container to examine it!Later we took it out of the container because "he missed his Mommy" (according to Em). The dogs ran over and stepped on it .I picked it up and put it on the swing. Next thing I know Emily came in the house screaming....."the doggie, uh oh he got it". The dog jumped up and got the Dragonfly and was chewing on it. In the picture of the dog you can see part of a wing !!! Poor Thing !
